Friday night I broke out a costume that has been hanging in my closet and boots I didn’t even know I HAD, and headed off to a Halloween party. The party was hosted by the guy who runs the Meetup group I’m in. I spend a lot of time hiking and biking with these people, so it was interesting to get out to a SOCIAL event – EEK! It was such a FUN-filled evening of music, drinks, dancing, new friends, and friends I’ve known for a while.
The highlight of the evening most certainly was Roger’s photo booth that he brings to parties. Oh my goodness – everyone was having SO MUCH FUN with this! The pictures don’t fully convey the amount of laughter surrounding these photos. Just too much FUN!
It felt wonderful getting outside of my comfort zone and doing something DIFFERENT! I’m getting out and meeting such wonderful people these days and there’s never a dull moment. 😉
